You May Be a Secret Entrepreneur

secretYou May Be a Secret Entrepreneur... Most women don't even realize that they actually do possess the skills they need.  Ok so you did not do so well on our evaluation checklist! Did it occur to you that you might be a secret entrepreneur - secret even from yourself. If you give up now, then you do not have the qualities that make a successful entrepreneur.

Try printing out the test and ask your friends and family if you do possess some of the qualities. Often times, others see things that we don't. You might well be pleasantly surprised.

In other situations, you may go through your daily life exhibiting them without having ever analyzed that you simply utilize the qualities without thinking. Women, in general, have a tendency to downplay the fact that they possess these qualities instead of working to maximize them.

Many qualities can be learned through practice, classes, mentoring, and in many other ways. Very rarely does any one person possess all the qualities and skills. However, successful entrepreneurs know which ones they lack and either work to develop them if possible or turn to family, friends, partners, professionals or key employees to supply those qualities they lack. It is simply a matter of identifying your particular skills and qualities, your strengths and weaknesses and then work toward creating the full skill set whether through learning and development or partnering with others whose qualities and strengths fill in your gaps. As long as you have a shared goal along with deep commitment, there can be great strength in a combined force.

Our articles and newsletters can help to guide you in building a successful business even if you are a secret entrepreneur.
